Track Day Kit
The difference between the checkered flag and 2nd place is measured in milliseconds. While there are many ways to shave time off your fastest lap, a brake upgrade is one of the best. For weekend track days and High Performance Driving Events, Power Stop's Track Day brake kit can take the heat. As the official brake supplier of Bondurant Racing School, Track Day brake pads are data driven and tested to provide extreme fade resistance, low thermal conductivity, and consistent pedal feel. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just getting some weekend time on the grid, have confidence and control at every corner with PowerStop Track Day.

Features & Benefits:
  • Carbon-Fiber/Metallic pad formulation for extreme fade resistance at high speeds
  • High coefficient of friction when cold, even higher when hot
  • Rotors are precision machined and mill balanced for vibration-free braking
  • Very consistent and stable modulation
  • Superior pedal feel
  • Bolt-On Ready - No modifications needed to your Vehicle
  • Abutment Clips, Tension Clips, and Pin Bushings included where applicable
Installation Tips
  • Suspend the caliper from the suspension using a Caliper Hanger to prevent damage to the brake hose
  • Before installing the rotor, clean the hub face with a Wire Brush to remove rust buildup and apply Copper Anti Seize to prevent future buildup. Rust or debris on the hub can cause rotor runout and lead to wheel vibration
  • Apply brake lube to caliper pins, clips, the edges of the brake pad mounting tabs, and the back side of the brake pads to ensure noise free braking. DO NOT apply lube to the friction side of the brake pads
  • Use a Caliper Piston Compressor to retract the caliper piston(s) and make room for the new, thicker brake pads
  • Open the master cylinder reservoir during piston compression to prevent pressure buildup. Keep an eye on the Brake Fluid level to ensure it does not overflow
  • After the job is complete, pump the brake pedal several times to push the caliper piston back up against the pads to ensure proper brake function
