Brake Pads are sold as a set. Quantity of one (1) is for both wheels
Decades of research and development have resulted in the pinnacle of brake technology that outperforms ceramic, NAO and traditional semi-metallic friction materials. Performance Friction's Carbon Metallic brake pads combine winning race technology with daily street requirements to provide you the quietest and best performing everyday pads.

Features & Benefits:
  • Carbon Metallic pads outperform all ceramic and semi-metallic pads in noise tests resulting in less than 1% noisy stops
  • Carbon Metallic pads deliver more stopping power throughout the operating temperature range, resulting in a firmer and more responsive pedal
  • Carbon Metallic pads contain ZERO hazardous dust
  • Carbon Metallic pads have a higher thermal threshold making them more resistant to wear than any other semi-metallic or ceramic pads during temperature range testing
  • Exclusive Multi-Layer Technology isolates, dampens, and eliminates noise
  • FEA designed chamfer eliminates noise and allows for smoother actuation and a firmer pedal
  • Temperature resistant shims do not deteriorate with temperature
  • Patented Iconic Fusion friction bonding technology for the strongest bond to the backing plate
  • Environmentally friendly formula contains no asbestos, lead, cadmium, chromium, potassium titanate or fillers
  • Patented powder coating prevents corrosion and extends pad life
  • Proudly Made in the USA

Installation Tips
  • Suspend the caliper from the suspension using a Caliper Hanger to prevent damage to the brake hose
  • Apply Brake Lube to caliper pins, clips, the edges of the brake pad mounting tabs, and the back side of the brake pads to ensure noise free braking. DO NOT apply lube to the friction side of the brake pads
  • Use a Caliper Piston Compressor to retract the caliper piston(s) and make room for the new, thicker brake pads
  • Open the master cylinder reservoir during piston compression to prevent pressure buildup. Keep an eye on the Brake Fluid level to ensure it does not overflow
  • After the job is complete, pump the brake pedal several times to push the caliper piston back up against the pads to ensure proper brake function
