HD Nitrite Free Extended Life Yellow; 1 Gallon; OAT
ZEREX HD Nitrite Free Extended Life Coolant (ELC) is registered to CumminsŪ CES-14603, conforms to ASTM D6210 and is suitable for common heavy duty diesel engine requirements. Fully formulated ZEREX Nitrite Free ELC incorporates organic acid technology to protect diesel engines from liner pitting and hard water scale deposits. The silicate and nitrite free extended life chemistry helps protect all cooling system metals from corrosion including aluminum. ZEREX Nitrite Free ELC can also be used in gasoline engines, stationary power, marine, natural gas, and light duty applications. ZEREX Nitrite Free Extended Life Coolant provides up to 6 years / 600,000 miles / 12,000 hours of service without the need for extenders due to non-depleting organic acid technology. It is backward compatible for all cooling systems using OAT coolants. ZEREX HD NF ELC offers enhanced protection for aluminum cooling system components.

Prediluted formula contains 50% distilled or deionized water, mixed with 50% full-strength concentrate, making it ready-to-use straight from the bottle.
Concentrated formula contains 100% full-strength concentrate, and must be mixed with the recommended ratio and type of water (typically distilled or deionized) before use.
Coolant / Antifreeze Says a lot about Cooling System Health!
Routinely inspect your Coolant / Antifreeze with these simple checks, and flush the system when necessary, to help prolong the life of your Cooling System:
COOLANT COLOR / CLARITY
Coolant should be bright, clear and free of debris. Dirty or brown coolant can be caused by:
Stray electrical current from a loose or damaged Battery Cable ground
Worn / old, acidic coolant
A reading of 0.4 volts or above suggests electrolysis
