Conseils et outils pour le travail
Portez un Masque Anti-poussière pour protéger contre les poussières dangereuses de l'embrayage. Vous pouvez également pulvériser l'embrayage avec de l'eau avant la dépose pour réduire la quantité de poussière en suspension lors du démontage.
Utilisez un Tourne-volant de Moteur pour maintenir le volant moteur en place lors de la dépose et lors du remontage des boulons du plateau de pression.
Appliquez l' Adhésif Frein-filet Bleu aux boulons du volant avant l'installation pour éviter le desserrage à cause des vibrations auxquelles les volants sont soumis.
Utilisez le lubrifiant fourni pour graisser légèrement les cannelures de l'arbre d'entrée. La lubrification excessive de l'arbre d'entrée risque le transfert de lubrifiant au disque de friction d'embrayage et peut causer le glissement de l'embrayage.
Soyez sûr d'installer le disque de friction d'embrayage neuf dans le bon sens. Le disque aura une étiquette pour « Flywheel Side » (côté volant moteur) sur un côté.
